Game details
Each level in Tessell8 presents you with an assortment of tessellating shapes in a variety of colours.
Your goal is to make all of the shapes match in the target colour for the level.
Tap a shape to swap its colour. But be careful, tapping a shape will also swap the colours of those touching its sides. Shapes with more sides will affect more surrounding shapes when tapped. The fewer moves you complete the level in, the more stars you earn, allowing you to unlock new and more complex levels.
With over 60 unique and challenging levels in the main game mode and a total of 180 stars to earn, Tessell8 will keep you preoccupied for hours.
The puzzles don’t stop there either. Keep the challenge going in Custom Game mode, with a near-infinite number of randomly-generated levels at your fingertips. Simply select your preferred pattern, colour scheme, level size and difficulty to create a challenging new level that’s entirely unique.
Featuring original music, sound effects, and artwork, Tessell8 creates a puzzle experience that is both soothing yet intriguing.
Tessell8 was inspired in-part by the popular 90s handheld game ‘Lights Out’, by Tiger Electronics. The game’s design sought to take this concept and elevate it to new heights as a modern mobile puzzle experience.
