Hi there!
My name’s Harry and I like to make games.
I’ve been passionate about indie game development since jumping into the hobby back in 2018. I love imagining concepts, figuring out how they’d work, and eventually seeing my ideas come to life.
But here’s the thing: At the time of writing this, I haven’t made a game in 18 months.
And I’m here to change that.
Here I am during a live stream in 2020, showcasing a rough concept for the game that became Odd One In
Over the past few years, I’ve noticed that I tend to obsess over game projects and spend years polishing them, with little return on the time spent.
I started Procrasteroid to break that cycle, and focus on total transparency. This website is a platform for me to share my ideas in their most unpolished state, before even reaching the prototype stage.
I intend to step out of my comfort zone and ask for feedback as much as possible, sharing unfinished ideas in their early stages through Reddit and Twitter, in the hopes of getting immediate feedback and building up more of a following on the projects that gain traction.
I’m still learning a lot about game development and often struggle to find time between a day job and other commitments. But hopefully, with this approach, I have a shot at bringing some of my ideas to life.
I’m looking forward to sharing the journey with you.
